Kelly Caillier is an Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Six Sigma Black Belt, API-580, API-510, API-570, API-653, PACP Certified and Leading High-Performance Teams graduate.  Kelly has 23 years of experience in developing/improving/implementing reliability programs in the manufacturing, automotive, oil and gas, products, nuclear, power, wood and utilities industries as well as constructing asset management systems for static and rotating equipment arenas. During (14) of those years, I have been in a Director level and have implemented programs in (4) different countries (US, Canada, Mexico, South America). My dedication and passion is in developing innovative reliability processes utilizing both practical and technical approaches. My experience further focuses on developing, implementing, and teaching Risk Management, Integrity Operating Windows (IOW), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Lean systems in several locations in the US. Lastly, Kelly designed a Patent Pending "Reliability Moderneering" program that focuses on continuous improvement ultimately accomplishing the “Zero Effect”.
